2. Where do we import cigars?

The Cuban cigars on this website come from distributors in various regions. After all, we will store cigars imported into Hong Kong in the bonded warehouse of the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department. All import and export records are subject to the supervision of the Hong Kong Customs Department, and there are no fakes. In addition, our warehouse maintained standard humidity and fixed temperature to ensure the quality of cigars.

3. The process of purchase.

First, select the product you need to buy, confirm the quantity, and add it to the shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, you can view all the products. You can change the quantity of the products or delete them. When you confirm that the information is correct, click settlement to enter the payment page. You need to fill in the contact person and contact information on the payment page. If you are not placing an order for the first time, the data must not fill in again. After completing orders, you will receive confirming the order information by e-mail, and you can use a credit card, including UnionPay, or pay for the goods by bank transfer.

4. Does the price of our cigars include tax?

Due to the different tax policies of customs and offices worldwide, our cigars do not include tax. Customers need to understand the local customs regulations and policies.

5. Freight introductions

Delivery charges vary according to the amount of your order and the region you are in. When an order exceeds 8000HKD, we will offer a free delivery service for this order. If the order is less than 8800HKD, we will charge the freight according to the consignee’s location. We will set a reasonable shipping fee if free shipping is unavailable.

6. What payment method do we accept?

7. How long does it take for the customer’s order to be delivered?

8. What should I do if the packaging is damaged or the seal/tax label is incomplete when receiving the goods?

To ensure that the goods you purchase strictly meet the quality standards, we will open and inspect every batch of cigars that enter the warehouse to ensure that every product you receive is intact. Therefore, it is normal for the packaging to be damaged or for the seal and tax label to be incomplete.

9. What are the humidity and temperature standards for the humidor?

The standard temperature of the humidor is 16-20℃, and the humidity is 65-75%.

10. After receiving your cigar, when is the right time to smoke a cigar?

You can taste the cigars once you receive them immediately. If you have a humidor available, we recommend leaving the cigars at 65 to 75% relative humidity for one to two weeks to allow them to settle for a better taste.

14. Return and exchange policy.
